Personal data protection

The mutual confidence during the discussions with the Clients and Employees is a part of our philosophy. By all means we try to make sure our Partners and Employees feel secure with us, therefore we approach to the question of the privacy protection in responsible way.

Principles of personal data processing in our company:

The administrator of the database is the company Start People s.r.o. with its seat in Prague, Lazarská 1718/3.

The target of the data processing is to perform the necessary operations leading to concluding a contract in compliance with the requests and personal skills of the providers of data;

The data is assembled exclusively for the internal needs of the administrator. The data related to the occupational skills may be made available to the clients of the company in order to choose the right person according to the assignment. Only the people who were exclusively accredited by the administrator make the data available.

Every provider of data has right:

to have a look into his/her personal data and to correct its content; to ask for completing the data, actualization; to stop temporarily or permanently its processing or to have it erased if the data is incomplete, is not up-to-date, is false, or if the data isn't necessary for realizing the target for which it was drawn;

to obtain the information about the target, area, way of data processing, since when his/her personal data is being processed, about the source from which the data comes, about the way in which the data is being made available;

The person concerned may use the right for information described in par. 4 once in 6 months.

Providing the personal data is voluntary

The database administrator binds himself to use the technical and organizational instruments providing protection of personal data processing

To erase the personal data it is not necessary to obtain the approval of the person concerned. In case of expressing the approval to use the personal data only once without its further processing and archiving, the administrator is obliged to erase the data without delay when the data is not necessary for realizing the target for which it was drawn;

The cases not listed here will adhere to the law no. 101/2001 Coll. about the personal data protection.
